Well this is interesting. If you’re not satisfied with how long your man, or woman, lasts in the bedroom it could be simply because you live here in the state of Connecticut.

A company called Nerve and the creators of the sex activity Spreadsheets App teamed up to investigate which states here in the U.S. had the longest and shortest duration during sex. Turns out New Mexico is the big winner when it comes to banging. While poor Alaska seems to be the one pump chump.

Connecticut lands just inside the top 20 at number 19 with an average time of 3:07 in the sack. Which still seems fairly quick.

Here are 7 things that last longer than you the Connecticut resident do in bed.

1. The penalty for getting in a fight during a hockey game. (5:00)

2. Justin Timberlake – SexyBack (4:26)

3. Mark Wahlburg’s acceptance speech at the MTV Movie Awards last night (3:50)

4. Jimmy Fallon and Billy Joel’s Doo-Wop performance (4:19)
