Looking for something fun to do this September? Look no further than the Housatonic Museum of Art.

The Museum is hosting a pirate-themed murder mystery night on September 29th to raise money and celebrate the museum’s 50th anniversary.

According to the website’s description:

This event will feature pirates, music, and plenty of run, as well as a chance to purchase keys to treasure chests of plunder!

Join us for a night of Pirates, Saucy Sea Maidens and Scallywags at our Murder Mystery Cocktail Party: MURDER AMONGST THE MATEYS

Spirits are high as the pirates celebrate their homecoming by spending their gold and good, but all too soon the night takes a dark turn over the course of the evening. One Buccaneer ends up in Davy Jones’ Locker leaving the remaining partygoers to decide who will walk the plank!

In a Harbor City filled with backstabbers and Mooncussers looking to get ahead, there is little reward for honesty and a high price to be paid for deceit!

The ultimate goal of the night is to enjoy the mystery and have fun. While you’re there, check out the other amazing exhibits and indulge in some food and drinks.

The Housatonic Museum of Art is known for their¬†“dedication to the presentation, preservation and interpretation of objects of artistic or historic value”, and is known for their thought-provoking, beautiful exhibits and amazing events.

Join in on the fun and get your tickets HERE for $50 each. Check-in starts at 7:30pm and the fun begins at 8 pm. To learn more about the event, click HERE.
