To Whom It May Concern:

As Connecticut residents, we feel we have been getting the short end of the stick regarding the “cheese and cracker” situation at your beloved establishments. For years, the Connecticut restaurants didn’t even have a cheese and cracker option on your menu. The Massachusetts and New Hampshire locations have been offering, for $.99 cents, unlimited cheese and crackers since as far back as we can remember. For some reason, and no one could ever explain why, not one Connecticut 99 had this option.

The good news, for us, is that Connecticut is now offering the cheese and crackers but something has gone horribly wrong. The cheese, in its wonderful tiny plastic ramekin, is not the cheese we’ve grown to know and love from our travels to northern New England. This “new” cheese has a weird horseradish thing happening.

The questions that need answering are:

1)    Why did CT take so long to get the cheese/crackers?

2)    Why on earth would you mess with the regular cheese? The delicious non-horseradish cheese!

3)    And who likes horseradish in their cheese?!!

While we are very happy to have the cheese and crackers in our state, we feel that something must be done to get us the normal cheese that the other states have enjoyed for decades.

Thank you for addressing this matter,

The Staff of CTBOOM.com
