This Is How Bad It’s Gotten For The NY Giants
Through the first five weeks of the 2013 NFL season, one of the more surprising story lines (to me at least) is just how utterly horrendous the New York Giants are.
I wasn’t expecting them to go like, 11-and-5 or anything like that, but, I at least thought they’d be remotely competitive in the mess that is the NFC East.
Well, after Big Blue’s latest loss, yesterday’s 36-to-21 beating at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles, one New York establishment has had enough of the ineptitude of the 0-and-5 Giants.
A strip club.
Rick’s Cabaret, located in Midtown Manhattan clearly doesn’t want the good times of hot, Eastern European strippers who earn their living grinding on customers until they make it puke ruined by the Giants depressingly bad brand of football.
Lonnie Hanover, the club’s spokesperson said, “After five straight losses, the crowd turned and started booing the TV’s. The girls had to work extra hard. We are the first club to ban the Giants. We will continue to show all other NFL teams and sporting contests on our TV’s.”
“Nobody throws a party better than Rick’s Cabaret–we are all about fun–and it’s no fun watching the Giants anymore,” explained Rick’s Cabaret Girl Lindsay. “We love the Giants, but they get the crowd at our Weekend Football Viewing Parties all depressed.”
This has truly got to be rock bottom for Tom Coughlin’s team, right?
I mean, when this place will ban the Giants, but still continue to show Jacksonville Jaguars games (a team that’s also 0-and-5 by the way) you know it can’t possibly get any worse.
