A 22 year old man from Fairfield County is taking Juul, a vaping company, to court.

Maxwell Berger was smoking up to two Juul pods a day, which new studies say that one pod contains enough nicotine as a pack of cigarettes, and his body reacted poorly to it.

He said that led to a massive stroke, partially paralyzing and blinding him.

His claim is Juul’s marketing strategy goes towards teenagers and young adults, and hides the dangers of e-cigarettes.
