I’m not much of a gambler. I’m not particularly good at it, and I don’t really have the luck. I’ll play the lottery occasionally when it gets big, and when people in the office get the fever at a huge Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot, I’ll contribute.
But if the Connecticut Lottery had this game, I’d buy hundreds of tickets.
Right now, the Indiana state lottery has a game where you could win cash, even $10,000. Or you could win the grand prize that is something else entirely.
Specifically, 20 years worth of bacon.
20. Years. Worth.
Four people who buy the $2 scratch-and-sniff tickets (amazing) will win 40 pounds a year for the next twenty years.
The real question is would you even live for 20 years with that much bacon? Because I’d certainly be willing to try it.
