Be Mindful of What You’re Buying:
One of the biggest things that we all can do is to be mindful of what we spend our money on – and try to see what we can cut. How many of us go to check our balances on our phones, expecting it to be higher, only to find out that it’s much, much lower? It’s a lot more common than you think.
Therefore, it’s important to spend some time thinking about where it goes. How many subscriptions – digital or physical – do you have? How many times do you go out to eat? And, a common thing for many of us, how much do we spend on that morning cup of coffee?
It adds up.
Furthermore, many of us also splurge more than we save. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to treat yourself. However, one thing that we can try to do is to be more mindful about how you treat yourself. For instance, if you’re spending $200 on a new electronic when you have a payment due, that’s a problem. So, if you really want that electronic, pay the bill first and buy whatever your heart desires second.
