Even if you’re not a regular WWE watcher, you may recall their competition reality series “Tough Enough.” It was on MTV for a few years, then came back for one season about three years ago, but will be back again later this month on USA.
In a simplistic way of describing it to the casual person, basically it’s “American Idol” but in the end you get a WWE contract.
Now, with WWE headquartered here in Connecticut in Stamford, you’d think there’d be some bias towards those who submitted videos and we’d have a few entries. Nope. We just had one.
And after the first round of cuts this morning to whittle the field down to 30, we still have one.
Meet Gabi Castrovinci of Southington – she’s already a professional fitness competitor, so if you’re into that scene you probably know her already. If not, she’s been on News 8 for Good Morning CT, is a founder of Marina Morena Fitness, has appeared at Foxwoods Shrine Nightclub – in other words, she’s pretty legit:
Picture from yesterday #toughenough workout! Pretty happy with my athleticism but very upset with my personality feedback 🙁 hopefully today they can realize who Gabi really is Stay tuned for more updates during the day.
