One of Connecticut’s most celebrated fall traditions is getting ready to open: Lyman Orchard’s famed corn maze!

Since 2000, Lyman Orchards has created a new maze design that causes all of Connecticut to ooh and aah.  Most designs aim to correlate with something important that happened that year; once it was President Obama, another year it was Geno Auriemma.

This year’s maze is highly symbolic: signaling the orchard’s 275th anniversary, which makes it one of the oldest and longest operating businesses in America.

It’s the classic Lyman family homestead.

The maze will take about 30 minutes to complete and opens September 3rd through November 6th.  For information about pricing, hours, and restrictions, please visit the official webpage.
