Get ready to treat yo’self. Today is National Eat What You Want Day — the ultimate cheat day and excuse to order that pizza you’ve been craving for lunch. However, if I am being honest here, that’s pretty much everyday for me.

According to the National Today Website, National Eat What You Want Day, encourages people to give in to “to their sweet tooth, carb-loading without having a marathon to run, and eating breakfast for dinner.” After all, the article says it best — on Eat What You Want Day, “no one can tell you what NOT to eat.”

Anyways, with that being said, many of us often count every calorie. Therefore, I encourage everyone reading this to stop logging and eat whatever you want.
