– Since we give an hour away, it is best if able to slide a nap in to catch up on sleep so the next day is not a struggle to stay awake or maintain energy.
-It’s Saturday night but don’t party too hard. Avoid alcohol beverages or caffeine drinks because it ill just make it hard to sleep and wake the next morning.
A little sun won’t hurt!
