It’s funny that Thanksgiving has become such a turkey-centric holiday. Everyone obsesses over where they’re going to get the turkey, how big it needs to be, and how they’re going to cook it. All of that is insane considering the turkey is arguably one of the least interesting things about Thanksgiving. Frankly, it would be much better as a steak holiday.
