5. The Hour Nap

This type of nap is best for those who need to remember something, like for a presentation or exam.  A college student studying for finals would find an hour nap most helpful since it improves memory.  It achieves that by allowing the body enough time to fall into a deep sleep, alternatively known as “slow-wave sleep.”  However, make sure you have coffee ready for when you wake up because you might feel groggy when that alarm goes off.  But, then again, that’s how college kids feel all the time, right?
