OHHHHHHH don’t you just love putting yourself in a panic while trying to find your way out of a corn field!? It is the appropriate season to do so- YAY FALL!
Being that I was the youngest child in my family, my two older brothers would always find it HILARIOUS to run away from me in the middle of a corn maze and leave me to fend for myself (one time a corn maze worker had to come and rescue me). Putting that trauma aside, corn mazes are actually a very fun activity. AND WE LIVE IN A GREAT STATE FOR IT! YIPPEEEEE
Check out this list, yo:
Only 9 dollars for the corn maze and IT’S 7 ACRES! My anxiety is rising as I type that. No worries though- they have a bunch of nice signs hinting at the correct way to go (where was this when I was a kid, huh!). Look at it, it’s called the “Bride and Groom Maze”:
Now THIS looks like a corn maze that my 8 year old self could handle. It’s also in a very convenient location to Southern CT-er’s, who don’t want to drive far for the “farm experience”. They also have a country store (HELLOOOO CIDER DONUTS).
Fort Hill Farms
This place looks AMAZING! Their corn maze has a “celestial theme” to it, and you can even go into it at NIGHT! The rule is “BYO Flashlights”. This farm seems amazing though. They have views of CT, RI, and MA from their hilltops (3 states, 1 hilltop). Price is not bad either – $12.00 for adults, $10.00 for kids 11 and under.
This place is just on top of the game. You can buy tickets to their Corn Maze ONLINE and the tickets are conveniently emailed to you (lazy person dream). They have golf, an orchard, and a market. It’s like an all inclusive family fun day!

Oh boy- the slogan for this place is “We Love to Get You Lost”. Yeaaa Mannnn- I like your vibes, Preston Farms! This place is closer to Rhode Island, so a great destination for Eastern CT people. It’s also the cheapest one in this list -$8.00 for adults! Check out their maze from last year, which supposedly took 2 hours to complete!
Now this is MY kinda orchard- WINERY included. Their corn maze is open every weekend from 10am to 5pm. This place is amazing- pumpkins, apples, food, wine and fun… LET’S GO NOW! This is also the same orchard that made the Fradiani Frenzy ice cream for our American Idol Nick Fradiani! And just look at this place! It’s MASSIVE! I’d probably get lost as soon as I drove into the lot, let alone trying to handle their corn maze!
