This guy keeps trying to fight the law…and loses each time. Luke Gatti, aka Mac n Cheese kid got arrested last month in Florida for battery on an officer and resisting an officer with violence just reported by Mass Live.

And it doesn’t look like jalapeño-bacon mac and cheese was involved this time.

His drunken freak out at the Union Street Market manager David Robinson last October got him kicked out of UCONN – and he’s already on probation which according to the Hartford Courant and Mass Live includes: “intensive substance abuse treatment, refraining from alcohol or illegal drugs and submitting to random testing, and performing 100 hours of community service”.

In case you missed it, here’s the video that went viral:

Gatti even traveled to Ecuador to apologize in person to David Robinson, the manager of Union Street Market- who moved back home after the ordeal.

Well, maybe he’ll learn his lesson after the third time he’s arrested? Remember in September 2015 Gatti was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer.

He’s court date for this current arrest is July 27th. I hope he’ll make another apology video.
