It’s not every day you see a player hit for the cycle in a major league baseball game. It’s actually more rare than a no-hitter even. Hitting for the cycle means you must hit a single, double, triple, and home run all in the same game. No one on the Boston Red Sox has done it in almost 20 years. 1996 was the last time. That’s how rare it is.

Last night Red Sox outfielder Brock Holt brilliantly pulled it off.

The triple is probably the toughest of the all hits to get. Brock saved it for last. Which made it even more of a show.

Amazing.
