Recently, there were quite a few delays both on, and under, Route 8/25 in Bridgeport. That’s because the Connecticut Department of Transportation needed to fix a couple of 43-year old overpasses. But, in order to fix them, it wasn’t simply just duct tape and glue.

They literally took out a bridge, and put in a new one. And they did it twice.

Considering the scope of this project, I’m actually impressed that traffic wasn’t worse!
